Administrative Assistant with a passion for design. This is a very profitable and

Responsibilities include

Basic administrative duties including answering
phones, setting appointments, greeting and assisting walk-in customers
·
Work with customers, distributors and installers
on orders and scheduling of installations
·
Coordinate schedules and calendars of designers
and sales consultants
·
Oversee the operation of the design center in
the absence of the owner
The successful candidate will have three years of office
experience as well as the ability and desire to deal with the public. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills are required. Computer literacy in multiple programs such as
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is critical. Must be well organized, accurate,
work independently and have excellent problem solving skills.
