Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic is looking for a new full time Client Services Representative to join their fun and successful team!

They  are a busy and energetic multi doctor practice that is open 7 days a week, so open/flexible availability is preferred. Team members must be compassionate, outgoing, friendly, and professional with pets and their guardians. Other attributes needed for the position include strong computer skills, ability to handle high volume and fast paced situations, ability to muli‐task efficiently, knowledge of basic animal & medical terminology, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle difficult circumstances with tact and skill, and to greet all clients with a smile as they enter our facility.

Some duties include: Answering phones, tending to clients as they check in and out, setting up appointments and procedures, selling heartworm/flea prevention & pet food, and opening and closing the front desk.
