BMC CPAs, Inc. is hiring a Receptionist in their New Smyrna Beach Office. This is a permanent full time position.
We are looking for an
office receptionist for our CPA Firm to provide receptionist and general office
support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The
receptionist will report to the managing partner and office manager and will be responsible for office administration including:
reception, including
responding to telephone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and greeting
clients
handling and
distributing mail
filing and
photocopying
maintaining records,
including client information check in and invoicing.
provide general office
support
assist in daily
operations
The
job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm
Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants
must have:
ability handle pressure and multitask
relevant previous reception and phone
experience
strong computer skills including advanced
Microsoft Office and typing skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
strong organizational skills and attention to
detail
