The Ravenwood Vet Clinic in Port Orange is hiring a full time Client Services Representative.
They are a busy multi-doctor practice and are open 7 days a week. Duties include answering the phone, attending to clients as they check in and check out, set appointments and procedures, opening and closing the office and selling products such as heartworm, flea medication and food.
The successful candidate will be compassionate, outgoing and friendly, have a flexible schedule and be able to multi-task and not get flustered. A basic knowledge of animal and medical terminology is very helpful, strong written and verbal communication skills. A love of animals would be a must in this position.
