McKenna's Place is seeking a Full Time Manager/Bartender. Minimum 2 years Management Experience is Required (Corporate Experience is Preferred, but Not Necessary).
Employee is expected to work 45-55 hours per week (based on sales volume/time of year) and have open availability (work days and nights). Compensation is Salary plus Tips. Manager/Bartender is entitled to the following benefits: two weeks paid vacation, monthly bonus (based on sales, food cost, liquor cost, and general cleanliness of the restaurant), and a monthly incentive.
We are Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and we Close Early on New Year's Eve.
